Witness ContactStore for Communication Manager is a software-based
IP call recording product designed to meet the recording needs of
small to large-sized businesses and contact centers that have
either traditional or IP endpoints.
What's New With This ReleaseThe 7.3 release of ContactStore provides a new version of the Business Recorder (60 ports and less) and an Enterprise version of the ContactStore (>60 ports per recording server with the ability to link multiple servers). The added flexibility in configuration size as well as support of ESS and LSP configurations make the portfolio very attractive. Support for the Application Enablement Services 3.0 and Communication Manager 3.0 is provided in this release along with backwards compatibility to Communication Manager 2.X. Communication Manager 3.0 environments require Application Enablement Services 3.0 for CMAPI connectivity. The new "Conferenced" mode of the Contact Store requires either Avaya CT 1.3 or TSAPI on Application Enablement Services 3.0.
